i had a lovely stay at the exchange! the double room was clean and cozy. the lady working on saturday had such a warm smile and was so friendly. she chatted with everyone and made the stay extra special. the location is also great, close to everything we wanted to explore.

I had an amazing stay in a lovely double room! The bed and pillows were so comfy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Plus, the complimentary fresh water bottles and stocked tea/coffee station were the cherry on top! 🌙✨

I had a lovely 3-night stay in a Double Room. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. the lack of a wardrobe was a downside for me, as it made storing my clothes a bit tricky.

excellent central position near charming parks and eateries

My stay was wonderful as I explored the nearby Brigg Heritage Centre and enjoyed delightful meals just steps away at local restaurants, making my weekend easy and exciting. while the hotel provided a cozy king room and warmly welcoming staff, I did find the breakfast service a bit chaotic, especially for the young man serving us.

The room was decent but pretty tiny. It was comfortable enough, though the bedroom and bathroom felt cramped. No wardrobe, just a small hanging rail, which was a bit of a hassle. We only had decaf coffee, and it wasn't enough for more than one cup. Plus, at night it got a little loud with people hanging out right outside our door, but it did quiet down around midnight. For solo travelers, it might be better, but for couples, it felt a bit overpriced.

great location, comfy beds and the food at the Doghouse was really good! ! loved the burger and the half chicken. the staff were super chill and helpful, and the rooms were clean. newly refurbished and spacious too.

the tv system was kinda confusing and could use some info. also, needs a mirror in the bathroom, it felt weird without one.

While the noise from the new sports bar was a minor distraction at night, the friendly staff and nice room made our wedding night memorable.
